Finally someone in our family graduated college with a bachelor's degree!!! Several of us have Associates degrees. Talana graduated Dec 15, 2007 from Texas Women's University. She received a bachelor's degree in Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a minor in Education. She also graduated with honors from Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society..The ceremony was at noon. It was cold cold cold, cloudy and windy that day. That evening we had a party at Mom's house complete with the 4F's (friends and family and fajitas and fixins).
