Is it possible, have I finally settled down? My dad said I'm getting old, thanks Dad... I usually move about every 2.5 years, not on purpose, that is just when I seem to get the bug to move. I signed another 12 month lease this week. Rent here doesn't always go up every lease. Last year it increased by $15 a month, this year no increase at all.
It has been 3 years (well May 19 it will be) since I moved into this apartment, which is a personal record for me. The longest I recall living in any one dwelling my whole life was when I was married, boy that seems like a lifetime ago. We lived in our second house for 6 years until our divorce.
This is also the first upstairs apartment I have had since 1985. The big tree outside my patio was one of the reasons I was sold on this particular unit. It feels like I live in a treehouse. It is also my third apartment complex to live in this area since 1997. This part of Dallas really agress with me!
