Scary Weight Watcher Recipe cards circa 1974

Ok a friend posted this link on Facebook. Almost every dish is very odd, but maybe not for 1974, LOL. Take notice there are some colorful comments which are not for the church lady or nor kids' eyes/ears. The comments sort of remind me of Poodlehead's Ponderings blog. I miss PHP.
