O'Reilly 300 Nationwide race

Ron got two regular comp tickets to the Nationwide race today at Texas Motor Speedway, and I got to go with him! Our seats were on row 61 out of 66 so we were under cover, but it was chilly. I wore my Daytona 500 50 years tee with a black long-sleeve tee underneath. When we got to the race track we walked amongst the merchandise trailers and the freebie area. Saw a Navy band playing live and rockin' out. You know I didn't see anyone else wearing any Daytona 500 50th gear. Doesn't mean there weren't people wearing it, I just didn't see them. Didn't see anyone I know either. Last Apr I saw a co-worker of mine that I didn't know was a NASCAR fan, Lynda (Tony S). Then you recall in Feb I saw a lady, Lisa, that worked at Richard Petty Driving Experience when I did, but didn't get a chance to say hello to her. Today's race was good, but once Kyle Busch was ahead at the end we figured he'd win. He got cheers and boos where I think he used to just get boos. I like him. He might become my Mom's driver because she likes his M&M car. We saw some showcars on a pitstop on our way to the track. In a post radio interview Kyle said he felt Carl Edwards would win and that he, Kyle, would come in second. Kyle also said he, JD Gibbs, Carl and maybe another person were going to the Motorcross Event at Texas Stadium tonight. He said he can't do anything on a motorcycle but likes 4 wheelers.
