Goals for Today

Completed my 2010 Census form in about 2 minutes!

This is my first time to make Oreo Truffles, they're for a NASCAR watching party tomorrow. Ok only 3 ingredients, but took more time to do that I like. I had a lot of melted chocolate and cookie crumbs/sprinkles left over. I rolled some of the truffles kind of big, so I only made 37 when recipe said 42.
I have a Pretzel Bark recipe I have never made. I think I can modify it to use the amount of leftover semi-sweet chocolate.
