Rumble in the Concrete Jungle

I woke this morning around 6:30a.m., but didn't want to get up yet. So I laid there and enjoyed resting my eyes. Next thing I know I heard thunder, and it sure did seem to last a long time for thunder. My apt windows shook, too, which isn't unusual for thunder.
I jumped up and turned the tv on at 7:10a.m. I gathered the implosion of Texas Stadium happened at 7a.m.? If so, then what I heard was not thunder. For some reason I thought the implosion of Texas Stadium was scheduled for 6a.m.
So long, farewell, Texas Stadium where my high school graduation ceremony was held. The last one my high school held there.
