In case anyone is interested in what photo editor and web album I use you have come to the right blog entry. These are the best I have found so far, and the price is right.
For my photo editor I use the free one Google has called Picasa. You download the free software to your pc.: http://picasa.google.com/
Once I had the photos edited then I load them up to a free 1 gigabyte Google web album called Picasa Web Albums. You have to have a Google account to use this.
