Sugar in Food

Sugar is in soooo many American foods. So next time you have a nutrition label in front of you look at the number of grams of sugar.

4 GRAMS OF SUGAR = 1 TEASPOON OF SUGAR

A 10 oz can of Coke has 10 teaspoons of sugar in it. Be sure to also check foods like yogurt, "healthy" cereals and snack/energy bars, too. Check fruit juices, too!
Foods you normally wouldn't think have sugar like pickles, catsup, and salad dressing do.
