When I was in Sedona on vacation last month Carol introduced me to this gluten free product by cooking us pancakes for breakfast. I don't know if I have any gluten issues or not, but those pancakes were delicious!
You can probably get it at Whole Foods etc so you know it's probably pricey. When I got back home I went to Pamela's Products website http://www.pamelasproducts.com/Products_frames.html.

I emailed this info to Carol because she has a hard time finding it where she lives. She was happy to find out Amazon sells it cheaper than what she was paying for it, and shipping is free for orders $25 and up, so she ordered some.
