For some reason in Winter of either 1996 or 1997 I started getting pharyngitis (it's like laryngitis to me) where you cannot talk. For me it happens when sinus drainage collects in my throat. Docs can't do anything for you. They tell you to gargle with warm salt water.
Well last Winter I went to Whole Foods in search of some food item, and was on the verge of having pharyngitis again. So I asked the supplements lady, and she recommended this spray called Singer's Saving Grace in Extra Strength for my situation. Think it's about $12. It's not the best tasting stuff, but it works!
Herb Mart and other like places may carry this product. In fact I had to use some last weekend with the weather change my sinuses were acting up.
